Far left in image above, identifiable is "Sam" Isamu S. Higurashi, Military Intelligence. He trained in Japanese linguistics at the Military Intelligence Service Language School (MISLS), Sec 8 (Graduated Camp Savage, Minnesota, July 1943). A Nisei soldier, he was serving the US in China while his family was being held at the Minidoka War Relocation Center internment camp in Jerome County, Idaho. He had been initially accepted, into the 442nd Combat Team, from the internment camp.
Possibly personnel of the 9th Bombardment Squadron, 7th Bombardment Group, 10th Air Force. During WWII. With a small Chinese boy. This seems to be the same group as in this image.
