Captain Glade C. Burton, a pilot with the 51st Fighter Group, disappeared strangely on a short routine flight near Kunming on January 20, 1945, and never have there any clues regarding what might have happened to him. Even through 60 years have passed, he has by no means been forgotten, and the costs that these great men and their families...

Philip Eppley was a pilot in the 25th Fighter Squadron, "Our Assam Dragon," stationed in China during WWII. He flew over 100 missions in China during World War II, flying P-40 and P-51 fighter planes. He was discharged from the service early in the war, on Nov. 2, 1943, with a rank of First Lieutenant.
