This is a Chinese monument in memoriam for an American “Lieutenant,” but the name is not clear in the image. On the wall behind, among the Chinese slogans (about how being injured for the country is the greatest glory) is the slogan in English: "FIGHT FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS."
